Could this be a plan for a bunker at the Bundock Street Quarry?

This quarry, located in the side of Castle Hill, adjacent to Bundock Street, was used to build some Housing Commission flats well after the war. These were eventually pulled down to build today's privately-owned 3-4 storied modern apartments.

I was advised that the Bundock Street Quarry in Townsville was us by the US forces as a detention centre for wayward US soldiers.

Can you help me with more information on this possible bunker?
