Well -
that's 2 coats of colour applied. 4 more plus the clear
coats. Still looks patchy from the gun marks. Metalic
paint is not a good medium on which to learn the fine art
of spray painting. |

Looking MUCH
better. Gave up and got help doing the final 2 colour
coats and the 6 clear coats. 6 clear coats because at
least 2 will be removed during the polishing stage. Final
colour coats are even and the first clear coat is
starting to show the sparkle and life the finished car
will have. Ended up putting about 10 clear coats on. Will
polish well and have a deep shine. |

Final coat -
put the spray gun away. I leave the car out in the sun to
cook for a while. |
